The Company's Journey

From Inception to Strategic Specialization

Talantlers' story is one of continual evolution and strategic adaptation to meet the evolving demands of the job market and professional development. Here's the timeline of Talantlers' evolution since its establishment:

2024 - Strategic Transition:

By refining its focus, the community is launching its second season of maintaining a Boutique approach to offer innovative solutions. Talantlers now seamlessly integrates two distinct identities: an HR Boutique and an L&D Studio.

2023 - Streamlining activities:

After five years, Talantlers embarked on a phase of streamlining, focusing on its two primary pillars where the community delivers a service recognized as distinctive in the market. The community reorganized itself around this new offering to maintain a comprehensive 360° approach.

2021-2022 - Continuous Growth:

These two years characterized themselves by the continuous growth and enriching development of the company and its ecosystem. Talantlers strengthened its presence in the market and refined its expertise in HR and related services.

2020 - Expansion and Collaborations:

Talantlers initiated collaborations with various partners from the network, opening the doors to new professions and expanding its clientele both in Luxembourg and internationally. This year symbolized openness and diversification for our community.

December 31, 2019 - Creation of Resumen:

This date marks a significant turning point for the company with the creation of Resumen, a sister company founded by Nicolas Perrichot. Resumen individualized itself to specialize, without conflict of interest, in HR interim management.

2018 - The Beginnings of Talantlers:

Talantlers two co-founders had a clear vision when they created the company: they wanted to become a versatile external HR business partner, offering services across all domains. This year marks the beginning of our journey into the world of multi-disciplinary HR services.
