While our results-oriented philosophy has led us to specialize in one-off interventions with our clients, to give them back their autonomy once our mission has been accomplished, it seemed appropriate to us, still with the same community approach, to establish partnerships with specialized HR experts, who can perform secondments at our clients, as part of HR Interim Management.
The aim of those business partnerships is to provide our clients with temporary assistance, in the event of absence (maternity, unexpected resignations, long illnesses, etc.) or projects that are difficult to set up, thanks to consultants with solid operational experience in Human Resources.
In some cases, it remains complicated for HR teams to absorb a peak of activity, and when the recruitment of experienced profiles proves almost impossible with temporary contracts, Interim Management becomes a relevant option if the right person is selected.
