While, at clients, the social dimension is often carried by our HR peers, we wanted to integrate CSR into our DNA as from TALANTLERS creation. Since 2018, we put a focus on employability initiatives in the broadest sense – a subject that seems particularly relevant to us in light of the upcoming transformations of the labour market in Luxembourg and Europe. Therefore, we are pleased to participate in 3 initiatives on the topic of CSR:
To go one step further in 2020, we are currently analyzing, with our clients, the relevance and possibility of allocating part of the invoiced amounts to associations that we will periodically select with them.
Our objective for this new decade: to involve our entire ecosystem in a process of transmission and sponsoring of initiatives on relevant social topics.
The interest is clear, discussions with the associations have begun – more to come. Stay tuned.
